Alicia Keys and Jack White: "Another Way To Die"

Jack White has finally become the swollen sebaceous cyst on the big swingin’ dick of his career; Alicia Keys has another reason to stand up, kick away her piano bench, and yell. It doesn’t matter if the two were ever in the studio at the same time, this song’s tailor-made to stink. And also like a little poop, faceless paucity masquerades as edgy scuzz. The video’s somewhere harmless between a charlie horse and a Carlos Mencia skit, but “Another Way To Die,” taut and functional, is the smuggest thing Jack White has ever made. At least Keys has never had much gusto or tendency past commercial R&B swoon; White is even more of a fuck for just proving he was always popping up his greasy head in places he didn’t belong.
