Grizzly Bear: "Slow Life"

Hello, I am Bella Swan, and I am also very depressed, although less so (as of right now) than Edward Cullen, because he is a vampire and I’ve at least got the whole mortality thing going for me. If there’s one thing that makes me happy though it’s indie rock. I mean holy shit is Grizzly Bear good. This song that they wrote about me switches between glorious fulfillment and nail-picking ennui like my Fbook status does with Edward, half the time I’m “in a relationship with” and then he starts PMSing and then “it’s complicated with” and I’m none the wiser because he’s off in like Paris or something being pussy. But I love him because he is a vampire. As with my relationship with Edward, when this Grizzly Bear song is good, it’s good.
