With thanks to all artists and labels involved, here’s a podcast that, in its own way, poses an alternate experience to the “fuck everyone, and Earth too!” killgasm portrayed in this past weekend’s box office hit 2012. Where, instead of visions of millions being pummeled to death by solar pulses and earthquakes and (seriously) ark gears, you’ll instead hear an hour’s worth of blissful, unapocalyptic music. Lots of great remixes here especially, and, unlike 2012, not a single obliterated Africa.

Anyway—I realize OOIOO and Tyondai Braxton won’t pull in audiences like an epic CGI depiction of Los Angeles plopping off the continent and sinking like a turd into the Pacific, but they are a lot more fun to listen to, I think. Enjoy:
