Here I’ve got indie rock, indie funk, post-indie, post-emo, Gira girl, weirdo dream-pop, dope joke rap, dubstep, dope earnest rap, whatever you’d call a Teebs beat, foreign folk, haunting vocals without music, and haunting music without vocals. Which may look like quite the mish-mash but these particular examples in this particular order comprise a particular part of my eclectic music-listening spectrum…and the color is October. A little caustic, a little mystic, a little chill. Get spooked or get crunk, whatever, but get with it. (Thanks, artists, labels, autumn leaves!)
