Here’s an odd, unassuming Podcast, one brimming CD-R worth (seriously, you can get those super cheap 80-min ones). It blisters and falls and then simmers, or at least that was the intent, like winter obsolescing into spring, or like a skin lesion.
It depends on how you take to exclusive songs * from the Silver Jews, the Paper Airplanes, Roommate, the Autumn Defense, Elliott Brood, Wolf & Cub, Antony and the Johnsons, Peril Hill, and the Octopus Project. Or how much of a craving you have for Japanese pot-n-pan pop, or for Black Heart Procession doppelgangers, or for summery Americana and wearied instrumentals. Or if you think Califone’s the shiznit-o-bang-doo-wop.
